CASE STUDY NEW CAMERA INSTALLATION THE COLLEGE CHURCH PARKVILLLE
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Installation of New Dahua IPC-HDW3641TMP-AS-BLK cameras along with Dahua NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2(L) NVR. The focus of this installation is to avoid vandalism and rubbish dumping at the back of the premises which is more concerned than stealing.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
To be installed eight High definition Dahua 6MP IP, (HDW3641TMP-AS-BLK) cameras outside the premises. Since the church being a heritage building council approval was required. One of the conditions was to have the cameras in black and the visibility of the conduits to be minimized.
PROJECT EXECUTION
Since the building falls into the heritage listing and the thickness of the walls is bigger than a standard wall, running cables were a real task. Most of the walls and ceilings are solid brick and concrete. Following few site inspections and several meetings with the members, we submitted a quotation for client review. Initially, Spy Vision provided the client with a location plan for the Dahua 6MP IP, (HDW3641TMP-AS-BLK) cameras along with an NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2(L). since they were doing extensions to the back of the building we had to rough-in first to the new building. Most of the cabling had to be done according to heritage listing rules and regulations. Spy Vision had to go back after the completion of the construction to finalize the installation and to commission the System.
The Outcome
The DAHUA 8 channel NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2 CCTV installation process was to the satisfaction of the customer. The management was incredibly pleased with the new system which had noticeably clear night vision pictures. Since then, they had managed to capture few incidents involve rubbish dumping.
