How to Change Username and Password
Description
This guide will provide a step-by-step approach at setting up or modifying an account’s password. You cannot modify the system’s default user names, however you can modify the passwords. Please remember to change the passwords on all of the accounts to ensure maximum security. Also, to ensure a higher level of security please use passwords with these requirements:
Prerequisites
At least 8 characters long
At least one lower case letter, e.g. “a”
At least one upper case letter, e.g. “A”
At least one number, e.g. “1”
At least one symbol, e.g. “!”

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1 : From the Main menu -> Select System
Step 2 : Select Account -> Click on the modify icon to change username and password
Step 3 : Click on the Username drop-down menu and choose Username to modify
Step 4 : Check modify Password -> Input old password by clicking on the keyboard icon for on-screen keyboard
Step 5 : Input new password and confirm new password
Step 6 : Modify Username -> Select Save

I recently have a very good experience with Spy vision Australia. They installed security cameras at my new home. I found them during google search. The good thing at initial stage was kokila responded with quick quote and responsive throughout the process. I am not expert but I have compared the quoted prices were reasonable and detailed compared to other companies. Then on the day of installation the weather was unfortunately not good but the techinican patiently wait and complete work as back sideways of my property was so wet and muddy because concrete/landscape was not done. It has been more than a month now since the installation completed and system is working as expected. I am very satisfied and definitely refer Spy Vision Australia to others.
